I guess it's better to talk in english, cause most people here will understand it instead of dutch. Zwinkernder Smiley

That would be a lot easier for me indeed, but I don’t want to disrespect anyone here since this is a German based site, the least I can do is try to speak the language and go by the rules of the forum. (Are foreign languages allowed here? Many forums don’t allowed because of the moderation issues this carries) Hilfloser Smiley

Anyway, does my previous message makes any sense? Should I write it again on English? I’m sorry if I wasn’t able to make any sense at all.

OK, I thought it might be necessary!

I just want to say I have files and information available on other places indeed, but I have must of the original creator’s authorization to use their material, otherwise I’m only using files and information previously published to the public domain for free use and with the authors credit as much as is possible to track some of them.

Anyway, must Grail Diary drawings and a lot of stuff is of my own personal creation, as long as I don’t make any profit out of them, I’m on the legal side. On the edge maybe, but I have previously investigated this extensively as you can read on my site disclaimer. (Bottom of the home page) Unentschlossener Smiley

Updates on other props will come soon; I already have a lot of material ready but still working on the tutorials text, fixing the pictures and all that stuff. But
I wanted to share the Grail Diary as soon as possible and don’t loose any more time.

I’m using indeed Icon Factory icons for the indexing, but I actually checked on their legal disclaimer and as long as I use their files for display without any profit intention, I’m free to use them since I’m not promoting any commercial item with them.

Thank you for commenting about the site, reading your thoughts about the site has come as must valuable information for me, but feel free to submit any feedback good or bad (bad is actually more valuable for me Zwinkernder Smiley ) at any time.

Fink

Hi Fink,
welcome aboard!
It´s okay for you to write in Englisch. We only have a few non German speaking members so its not a problem when some threads are in English.
Most memebers here do speak English! Zwinkernder Smiley

Yes, most do, but our English is at a very low level, so please, be patient Zwinkernder Smiley

I would like to help you, with your site. I'm very enthusiastic, but my knowledge of props would not be useful. Grinsender Smiley I hope, I can learn from your site.

Hey Fink, your website is indeed a great help. I printed out some of the Grail Diary stuff and have to say that it looks better now. In fact it looked kind of miserable before I visited your site, now it looks just fine... Okay, it still looks nothing like the diary from LC, but I guess that's my fault. Grinsender Smiley
Anyway, keep up the great work!

Where, I don't see it? Erstaunter Smiley Zwinkernder Smiley

Thanks for your comments and the warm welcome guys!

Don’t worry too much about the whole language thing with me since English isn’t my native language either! What really matter here is to be able to communicate, right?

I just want to add for now that the site isn’t really “my” site, it’s *everyone’s* site since what you can find there isn’t the work of a single guy, it’s the product of years and years of fandom investigation from all of us, and so anyone is invited to cooperate and help to keep it growing.

Even the smaller suggestion helps a lot, so if any of you guys have anything to contribute with for making the site better, or even send files, tutorials, refine texts or anything, we all will appreciate it a lot! Every body gets properly credited always for its work, of course.

Right now there are some COW members (from different countries) helping and contributing a lot, these guys put their “two cents” on what they can do best and there’s some very interesting stuff coming up, so you don’t have to be a prop master to contribute, some times simple research info can do a whole lot of difference!

OK, I’m getting over enthusiastic, but you guys get the point! Zwinkernder Smiley

Would you be interested on taking over such a task?!?!? Erstaunter Smiley That would be great! And actually very appropriated, it has been only two weeks since the official public opening of the site, since August 08 there have been exactly 1058 visitors according to my server counter, must visitors are US as it figures, but surprisingly the second place on the visitor ranks belongs to Germany! So yes, it would be interesting and useful to have a German version I believe. Zwinkernder Smiley
