Betreff: Crucifixion Painting Hi guys! I'm here again to present a new project made by our new team, Prop Movie Studios! This is the famous Crucifixion Painting seen in Henry Jones Sr.' house in 1912 and 1938. We studied EVERYTHING of this prop. We find a right section of the wood, the right paper, all...! So, we can analyze all point: - PAPER: Paper (NOT canvas like many of you believe) is a old handmade paper made in Italy and used from 1300 to 1700. We already search for this kind of paper but there is good possibility to find it! - WOOD SECTION: The wood section was studied for very long time. We seen different angle pictures from the 2 different scene of the movie and analyzed the Valencia's pictures... this is our version: - PAINTING: This is amazing! Thanks to the user DORIANG that help us to give the BEST (and I would repeat BEST) source for painting ever seen... a little example for you guys... And now... works started in PERFECT condition! We bought a professional machinery that will help us to cut the wood in the most screen accurate version! I will update this thread with every progress. In meantime you can visit our website! We working on the english part of the website and it will be avaible very soon. After website will be avaible in english we'll introduce our group with a new thread. Hi guys!

This is the famous Crucifixion Painting seen in Henry Jones Sr.' house in 1912 and 1938.

We studied EVERYTHING of this prop. We find a right section of the wood, the right paper, all...!

So, we can analyze all point:

- PAPER: Paper (NOT canvas like many of you believe) is a old handmade paper made in Italy and used from 1300 to 1700. We already search for this kind of paper but there is good possibility to find it!

And now... works started in PERFECT condition! We bought a professional machinery that will help us to cut the wood in the most screen accurate version!

I will update this thread with every progress.

Congratulations to find and clrearify all the details I am most impressed by the quality of the painting itself. That's simply amazing! If i remember correctly there has been discussion over at COW, about the origin of the drawing and that is identified as the illustration "Hours of Yolanda de LaLaing" c. 1450 in the Netherlands. Enclosed a pic that it found and saved on my computer! Unfortunately thats the best pics I ever could find I would love to have a print of the original illustration Again congrats.. I will follow this thread with great interest

I am most impressed by the quality of the painting itself. That's simply amazing! If i remember
correctly there has been discussion over at COW, about the origin of the drawing and that is
