I downsized already a few groups and kept the ones I like and where I stay in touch with the people I like and have things in common with not just to be in there to be in there. I downsized already a few groups and kept the ones I like and where I stay in touch with the people I like and have things in common with not just to be in there to be in there.

Usually if you try to unite people you try bringing the under one umbrella by MERGING groups.
Not by creating another one.
Also imagine if I was a new Indy fan and look for a fan group I could join.
Hell, there are already so many out there it is hard to choose from.
As for me I am content with what’s already available and try to grow my roots there.

Natürlich macht es wenig Sinn, wenn da der xte Screenrant Artikel gepostet wird, warum Skull (gar nicht so) schlecht ist.

I can see it prosper if consequently moderated and maybe specialized on international cosplay/community events. But should it get flooded with more „Why KotC actually is (not) so bad“ articles it won‘t work. A group for people taking the hobby beyond just watching the movies by meeting, cosplaying or maybe collecting or making props. In my understanding the group is for kinda syncing groups of such people around the world. Can‘t say if it is a group the world desperately needed but would give it a chance. I‘d watch the group not to miss another event in Gaudix or to know when the small active Italian fan group organizes their first Indy event in Sicily.

Allein der Guten-Morgen-Thread ist schon sehr sympathisch, so etwas findet man sonst nirgendwo. Während in anderen Foren oftmals ziemlich aggressive oder gehässige Töne angeschlagen werden und viele davon mehr oder weniger nur noch vor sich hindümpeln, findet hier täglich ein unterhaltsamer und informativer Austausch statt. Allerdings gibt es ganz offensichtlich gewisse Feindseligkeiten zwischen einigen Beteiligten, die ich für unnötig und wirklich störend halte. Also nicht nur in diesem speziellen Fall; dass ich mich an dieser Stelle dazu äußere ist nur exemplarisch zu verstehen. An Kukulkan: Das aktuelle Problem liegt wohl darin, dass sich niemand hier in der Hinsicht geäußert hat, er würde den Gedanken an ein neues Forum „hassen“. Selbst „dislike“ wäre nicht angebracht, eher „not interested“. Da fühlten sich natürlich einige hier missinterpretiert. Die Reaktion darauf dürfte meines Erachtens allerdings auch durchaus weniger angriffslustig ausfallen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn dieses Forum seinen -zumindest für mich - besonderen Stil beibehalten würde. Dann benötige ich auch kein weiteres, internationales Forum 😉. Wünsche aber Kevin & Co. dennoch maximalen Erfolg und hoffe, dass der von ihnen erwünschte friedfertige Austausch auch dort, in solch großem Umfang, funktionieren wird.
