I think the REAL official pages you can find only in the Lucas Archive Book and in some still of the movie.
Many research was made to find the correct pages order and people that have access to one screen used diary give us this order (Magnoli in primis).
That you have to know that there isn't only 1 diary used in the movie! For what I know, around 10 diaries was used in the last crusade, and every of that have some little difference (source: Robert Watts).
