Okay folks here is the schedule we have so far.

Thursday
?.?h - ?.?h        Meet the early birds and have some drinks
            and a nice chat with them maybe visit the city
            Our Motto: “Fortune and Gemütlichkeit”

Friday
11.00h – 12.00h     Come together

12.00h – 16.30h    Indy-Olympics und Propshow

17.00h – 20.00h    Indy on the big screen

20.00h – 22.00h    All you can eat buffet at Lao Che’s

22.00h – Open end    Drinks at the bar and some chit chat

Saturday
10.00h – 11.30h    Breakfast in the Diner

11.30h – 14.30h    Trip to the Marienburg

14.30h – 19.00h    Time to take pictures and for some whip crackin’
            and have a snack
    
19.00h – 22.00h    Medieval meal in the “Excalibur” and Tombola

23.00h – 24.00h    Graveyard tour

24.00h – Open end    Get some sleep or some pints at the Jack the Ripper’s

Sunday
10.00h – 12.00h    Breakfast or better brunch

12.00h – 15.00h    Dinosaur Park

15.00h – 16.00h    Get back to the hotel and say our good byes

Estimated costs to be paid in advance per head by now: ca. 15.00 € for the cinema. Maybe a little more for the Graveyard tour. Everything else can be paid as it happens. You may also skip some of the “Events”.
