Hi Gemma,

i received my Jacked an it looks great, thank you.
But unfortunately the Jacket doesn't fit me that good.
The Jacket ist on the shoulders width and Chest too closely (when i close the Zip - without closing the Zip it is barely ok).

Now i would ask if i can return the Jacked and get another one (or if you can fix the jacket) with the size that will fit me:

Chest: 101 cm (40 Inches) --> instead of 95 cm
Sleeve: 63 cm --> this size was OK
Jacket Size: 40 --> instead of 38
Shoulder width: a bit broader than the old one was, maybe 4 cm)

if this will charge some extra costs for return and replacement i will pay some extra costs because it was not your fault with the sizing.
