Betreff: Probleme mit Wested!!!!!

Entschuldigt bitte meine obige Ausdrucksweise aber ich hab den Papp auf! Alles toll alles bestens bis auf die NÄHQUALITÄT!

Auch meine zweite Jacke hat einen Nähfehler! Diesmal an der rechten Tasche! Da löst sich die obere Klappe schon an der linken Seite weil wohl der Faden zu Ende war... AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Ich könnte k... *grummel*

Ihr wisst schon was ich meine...

Es scheint als gäbe es bei Wested ein leichtes Ausschuß-Problem... Irgendwie landet der nämlich bei mir!

Hier mal meine letzte Mail an unsere Gemma:

But for god's sake... This is absolutely horrible! The second one has a "sew mistake" too! See picture below!

I'm not amused! Is it possible to get one jacket with 100% perfect seams or not?!?!?!?!?!

What about my second shipping costs? The first exchange costs me 24 Euros! I will not pay this again and I hope you can understand that! Please refund me the costs for both shippings "48 Euro" to my paypal account: cxxxxxxxxxxm

One phrase from your return policy:
"PAY for the postage as we will not except charges and if the problem is our fault we will refund the cost."

I will send the jacket immediately back.

For the "third one": Please, please, please proof that every single seam is correct!
