Eine hochwertig produzierte Serie liegt heute einfach nahe. Ich kann mich damit anfreunden, wenn sich beim Schauen das richtige Gefühl einstellt.

Hier wird sogar noch einmal Sean Patrick Flanery ins Spiel gebracht:

It's time to bring Indiana Jones along for small-screen adventures.

"Despite the fact that Flanery could do the role justice, the Indy character is so iconic and intertwined with Harrison Ford that selling audiences on a reboot with a new actor is still a risky move. However, letting the Indiana Jones story continue on Disney+ in a soft reboot of sorts might be a better way to introduce a new superstar to properly take on the roll and make it their own."

Flanery ist mir persönlich zu alt, die sich aus seinem Alter ergebende Zeitschiene wäre mir zu spät (wenn auch besser als gar nichts mehr von Indy). Zu jung sollte Indy aber auch nicht sein. Und zeitlich zu nah dran an ToD und damit Ford sollte es auch nicht sein.
