During an interview with sound editr David Acord, Nerdist found out that one of the sounds used in a scene in 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' was actually from 'Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark'. Acord said, "When the rathtar is rolling down the hallway after Han and Chewie, I put in the sound of Ben Burtt's boulder roll sound from Raiders of the Lost Ark when the boulder is chasing Indy." It seemed to be homage to Harrison Ford's dedicated work on two of George Lucas' most popular franchises.
