After Indy hits the butler unconscious, he picks up the butler, and looks for a place to hide his body to keep it out of sight. Elsa tells Indy his accent was good. He then spots a sarcophagus, and places the unconscious butler in it. When they close the lid, the face on the sarcophagus looks like the butler's face!
