1. Dr. Übermann is correct... german name. Needs to sound german.

2. Its like american movies with nacists speaking in English, so everybody understand. So, I would keep it in English with german native speaking person accent.

Your test was good, but it needs much more power in voice, more conversational speaking so it sounds natural.
