Wie die meisten habe ich sehr-sehr viele Probleme mit dem Film. Indy ist nicht Indy. Marion ist nicht Marion. Indy und heiraten? Passt nicht. Indy hat einen Sohn? Gott, wie schlecht. Schwacher Soundtrack... kaum gewalt... kein guter Humor... zu wenig Peitsche... zu wenig Raiders March...

Und zu den Aliens... da teile ich die Meinung mit Ford und Spielberg.

Spielberg:

"I sympathize with people who didn't like the MacGuffin because I never liked the MacGuffin," says Spielberg. "George [Lucas] and I had big arguments about the MacGuffin." "I am loyal to my best friend," he says. "When he writes a story he believes in -- even if I don't believe in it -- I'm going to shoot the movie the way George envisaged it."

Ford: " I didn't like at all. I pitched it right back. There'd always been a mystical element in the stories about an archeologist who wrestles with the mysteries of past cultures. But I felt this new angle didn't really take advantage of what we had done before."

Spielberg: "I#ve done a lot of these and I shouldn't think we should mix the genres.
