So, ich hab das einfach mal aus dem COW herauskopiert, darum ist es in englisch...
I googled a bit and this is what I came up with:
The Stamp shows Vittorio Emanuele III (or Victor Emanuel) who served from 1900 to 1943.
The Stamp was produced from April 21, 1929 to May 1945. So it really fits into the period. It's Part of the so called "Serie Imperiale"
In case they used real Stamps without teeth on it the letter would be about 800 $ worth.
