Yes, B-Prop drawings are the same of the hero prop. The only thing change between these 2 version is the number of pages (less on b-prop), sequential order pages, some pages not included in hero prop (like robert the baron, leap of faith and others) and other not included in b-prop. But the drawings included in both version (like in the quest page) is all the same.
