A lot of the nylon whips on the Treskillion site are made by Steve Koliski of 21st century whips, some of the roo hide is made by Sharron Taylor of SKT Whips, Sharron is an excellent whipmaker, and Steve Koliski's stuff is much better in hand than those pictures are showing on that site...
I'm not sure if it still is but Paul Nolan used to make the Lil Indy Whips and Adam Winrich used to make some of the Cow hide stuff but I think looking at the pictures that may now not be the case...
